There is a limited number of Raffles Inc Staterooms and Courtyard Suites reserved for the participants of MASCOTS 2011 at a special rates. The Inc Staterooms are situated on the west wing of the main building. They cater for business travelers. Facing Fern Court or The Lawn, the Courtyard Suite is closest to the lush flora of the hotel,
lending these suites an unmatched ambience of tranquility. Suite has a private parlor/dining area.
All reservations must be made on the official Hotel Reservation Form provided by the Raffles Hotel in order to qualify for the special rate. To obtain the official Hotel Reservation Form, please send an email request to Ms. Irene Ng (ASSLGOH ntu.edu.sg) with proof of conference registration.
The Raffles Hotel will release half of the reserved rooms on 24 May 2011 and all on 24 June 2011.
Reservation will be confirmed on FCFS basis. So, to avoid disappointment, please make your reservation earlier. |
